Q: Are all items in good quality, genuine and authentic?
A: Items listed at Vicmart.com are usually in good to perfect quality. Please, read items description to receive full information regarding each item. All items are guaranteed authentic and upon additional request and further payment a COA may be issued.

Q: How safe it is to pay for an item with credit card?
A: We regret to say it that anything online cannot be 100% safe, but we all do our best to make Internet one safe place. The CCNow credit card payment server, which is our online retailer, uses high end technology to protect your credit card details and transactions being made. So far we have worked together for some time and we can say we NEVER had any fraud problems with the CCNow system. Furthermore, we don't get the slightest chance to obtain any of your credit card details, since this information is passed solely between you and the CCNow corresponding bank.

Q: What part of my private information is protected with you?
A: Practically all - we do NOT store any of your private information to an online computer or server. All information is stored in computers that are NOT connected to the Internet.

Q: How do you know where to ship the item I've paid for?
A: After you complete the payment transaction using the CCNow server, it takes some time for CCNow to confirm your payment order due to batch processing of orders and other factors. After this confirmation is obtained, CCNow sends us a Payment Order Confirmation note, which also includes your billing address. Usually billing address provided to CCNow is also the shipping address, so by default we will ship to your billing address provided to us through the CCNow server. CCNow also gives us your e-mail address, your name and telephone number. Furthermore, CCNow provides you with space to leave special instructions. Feel free to give us specific instructions regarding shipping procedure of item you bought.

Q: How long does it take for CCNow to process payments?
A: Our practice shows the following: if your card has AVS verification, the authentication of the transaction and confirmation is received in several hours time. However, if you are a non US citizen or you are using a credit card without AVS, some confirmations may take longer even up to 2-3 days. Higher sums are also processed slower since further verifications are made.

Q: I received a note from CCNow asking me for Manual Authorization. What is this?
A: This usually happens under several circumstances. Most important circumstance is the fact that you are paying for a very big sum - usually this is a sum of above 1,000$. CCNow then will require you to photocopy your credit card front and back, sign the sheet of paper and fax them back the copy to the fax No. they provided you with. This is extremely safe procedure, so there should not be any reason for you to worry about. Yet another circumstance calling for a Manual Authorization procedure may be the fact that you entered an incorrect billing address, or you placed another address than the billing address of your credit card. Other problems causing a Manual Authorization request are situations, when you want to pay with someone else's card from your family - like your wife, or son or other relative, i.e. you put your name correct, but the card details show, that you are not the exact owner of the card. Finally, CCNow is monitoring your current IP address for the computer you are working online during the time of the payment procedure. Sometimes if your credit card is US based, but you are paying from a country abroad, for your own security purposes, CCNow will require a Manual Authorization procedure, so that it makes sure someone has not stolen your credit card details by some other means and trying to pay online from a place which may sound 'unusual' to the system. In order to save yourself some time, please make sure you go through these guidelines above.

Q: What is the kind of shipping used to mail a purchased item?
A: For items of value up to 200$ we use regular Registered Airmail. For items of value from 200$ to 500$, we will use again Registered Airmail but with Return Receipt, so we really make sure it is handled the best possible way. For items of 500$ up we will use Special Courier mail like DHL, FeDex, EMS, InTime or others that are best for your destination.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Do not worry about these. We have calculated on an average base what are the regular costs for the average item and these shipping charges are included in the item's price you are paying, i.e. shipping is included.

Q: What if I pay for an item that other client has also paid for?
A: In case that more than one Buyer has paid for same item, first Buyer's payment to receive confirmation from CCNow will receive the item. Other Buyer's payments will be cancelled from the CCNow system and their Credit Cards will NOT be charged !!!

Q: You send me an item but it gets lost in the mail.
A: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any partial or other damages or losses caused by the Postal Authorities. All items that we ship are packed with extreme care and according to content. Items are being sent only through the Central Post Office and the chance of an item to be lost is extremely small. However, we have to admit it could happen. In such cases we take the activity of a special investigation with the International Department of the Post Office, but such an investigation may take as long as 6 or more months. Higher value items that are shipped via Special Courier Postal services are almost risk free. In any case, we feel confident in the Postal authorities and their services, so there should be no reason for you to worry about.

Q: How long does it take for an item to get shipped?
A: Usually the process may take about 12 to 14 days for Registered Airmail to reach almost any part of the world. However, sometimes it may take a bit more time, but it could also take just a couple of days. We are all in the hands of the mighty Postal Services...

Q: I do not have a credit card. How do I pay you for an item?
A: Please, contact us through the CONTACT US form provided at the Vicmart.com home page and explain your inquiry. We can also accept other types of payments, but they will result in additional banking or other transaction charges, such as charges for a direct bank wire transfer to our bank account or Western Union direct payment charges. CCNow does not charge you anything for the payment you make, so we strongly believe it is by far the best way. We should make a note here, that we do NOT accept personal checks, Money Orders, Postal Money Orders, cash or any other payment method that requires to be sent through a mailing process.

Q: If I buy several items at one time - do I get any discount?
A: You can contact us at anytime you wish regarding such a case and we can offer you a certain discount if we are convinced that the totals your future purchase will sum up to, is above the average type of a regular transaction and is worth receiving such a granted discount. Please, feel free to give us your suggestions.

Q: I'm trying to view your site, but it does not come out right.
A: Although we have gone through testing viewing capabilities of different web browsers, there is always a small chance that anything like that may happen. This site is best viewed by Internet Explorer and Netscape higher versions.

Q: I found an error in your site (a bug). Do I report it?
A: Yes, please. We would highly appreciate it if you do so. This would help us fix the problem right away and make this site an even better marketplace for all our clients. Please, use the CONTACT US form at the main page in such cases.

Q: I'm looking for a similar item to those you have. Can I make a preorder?
A: It is possible. In any case you should first contact us through the CONTACT US form at the main page and explain what exactly you are looking for. We have lots of items in stock and some may have not been listed yet. Others, we could try to locate to match your specific desires. We are flexible enough to do so. If it turns out that we can locate an item exactly answering your needs - YES, we will provide to with a special payment form, where you can preorder this item.

Q: I like an item very much, but I feel the price is too high.
A: Well, OK - although all prices are based upon current market values, we are not narrow-minded and we can reconsider any reasonable suggestion you may have. Please, feel free to contact us and leave us YOUR best price you have in mind. We will reply within 24 hours.

Q: I have filed in a question, but still haven't received an answer.
A: Usually we will reply within 24 hours. If we haven't replied to your question within that period of time, it will be either due the fact that your question requires more time to receive the appropriate answer, or merely the fact we have not received your question correctly. In such case, do not hesitate and send us a second copy.

Q: I also have a site and want to advertise with you or exchange banners.

Q: Do I receive any credit for referring your site to other people?
A: Vicmart.com is newly developed site and we are trying to get closer to as many people as we can.
